Leveraging MODLOGIQ’s Smart Off-Site Construction methodology, the Athens Medical Campus was completed ahead of traditional construction timelines. The project utilized over 200 pre-assembled modules, each weighing approximately 51,000 pounds, fabricated in New Holland, Pennsylvania. These modules were transported and installed on-site in less than 12 months, significantly reducing construction time and enabling the facility to open its doors to the community 18 months earlier than conventional methods would have allowed.
