Spanning 13,500 square feet, the project included transforming the facility into a state-of-the-art wellness destination while maintaining the hotel’s reputation for sophistication and elegance.

Becker & Frondorf’s role encompassed overseeing every phase of the project, from Pre-Construction planning to final delivery. The project team worked
closely with BLT Architects and Daniel J. Keating Company to meet the ambitious design and operational goals, including reconfiguring the layout for enhanced functionality, upgrading infrastructure systems, and ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
