From Construction Savings to Coordinating a World Renowned Art Installation

B&F helped CHFM evaluate the whether to renovate their existing Meeting House or build a new one, ultimately reaching a consensus that a new building would best meet their long-term needs. Our team worked closely with the Committee and architect to oversee the design of the first new Meeting House built in the Delaware Valley in 100 years. B&F then helped CHFM to explore various options for bidding the project, which resulted in a 20% savings in construction costs.

B&F was also instrumental in coordinating the technical features of constructing James Turrell's "Greet the Light." Its design includes a retractable roof over the meeting space surrounded by finely tuned LED lighting. At dawn and dusk, the roof opens and a light show creates stunning visual effects.
