As part of a larger initiative by Widener to invest in its community, B&F worked with developer Teres Holdings to create this state-of-the-art, mixed-use development, which includes 70 new student apartment units, a 50-room hotel, and 12,000 square feet of new retail and office space.

University Crossings is a vibrant new part of the surrounding community, achieving Widener's goals of enhancing life for its students while bringing new businesses, services, tax revenues, and more than 100 jobs to Chester.
