  • rendering of multi-use Cafeteria and Auditorium

We started working with Sussex Academy in March 2015 when the Delaware school received approval to modify its charter and add a high school, subsequently moving to its current location to accommodate the school’s increased needs and growing student body.

The first phase involved the fit-out and renovation of a 22,000 sq. ft. building that would become the library and Information Commons and “Cafetorium”, a space that serves primarily as the cafeteria, and can be converted to accommodate the performing arts productions and function as an auditorium. Classrooms, science labs, and administrative offices were also added during this phase.

The multi-phased project included new athletic fields, a middle school addition and various other projects.
